I have a feeling that i can read a person's character from his picture. Can u do it?

Most of people who can read person's character are called fortune teller and some have a background in Psychology.. but I cannot read person's character from a picture.. maybe I can guess but I am not telling that my guess is for real.. [pretty_daisy_24]

I don't believe so. To make a judgement about someone on appearance is never certain. Bur even if you did, I feel you would also want to consider their facial expressions and body language. [Denjgi]

i don't know much about sixth sense.... i love to meditate and try to b conscious! if can share only the way i read... i saw them, their face , their response to the things... and from my past experience i read abt them... some people with similar physic and face hv some common qualities as i experienced , i m out of my home from 94! since them i m meeting new peoples, talk them and read them...so i got a good experience....first of all i was not aware of this...but one of my friend who is strong believer of yoga, meditation, sixth sense, and a good astrologer....told me that..wat u tell abt people is mostly true ...but i think it does not work always bcz there is a lota masking and artificial acting in human beings..u just can't read them exactly..but if he is artificial ,,,,u can read this. No you can't read a person from his picture same as you can't judge a book by it's cover. Pictures lie. Photographers can do wonders and make your picture totally different then you actually are. And we always smile for the picture. [doingit4fun]

Yes, I think it is possible! The eyes always tell a hang of a lot! even if the person is smiling, you can tell if they are 'hard' or nasty, or bitter from their eyes. Or mocking. You can also tell anxiety. The mouth also tells a lot. Its quite easy to tell a fake smile as well. Also you can see laughter lines around the mouth. From the lines on the face you can sometimes see if that person has had a very hard life. But apart from all of those more obvious things, sometimes I think you can look at a photo and just get an instant, strong feeling about a person. Like sometimes I've looked at a picture and immediately though - 'that person is evil'. Or something like that. Something just jumps out at me from the photo. [fluffleshark]

If you learn to analyse the facial expressions - like mainly eyes.. and the composure of the whole face, you can read, whether a person is a kind person, or a strict person, or a jealous person, or an abnormal person, or a terrorist etc. But one has to make a really close and sharp study [noachide]
this is a very good instinct some people have that. i can also read person's character from his picture. there are several incident in my life where i just saw the guy and told about his character and matched completely. even sometimes so happend that i saw a person and i told my family not to go very close to that person, because i anticipated some bad can happen from his side and that can affect our family. my family didn't care my suggestion, and really we faced a major problem by him. i don't follow any method to read the character of the guy, but i do it just by basic insticnt as you told in your comment. so we are friend and we have similar interest. No, I don't think so. Pictures just capture moments, each one of them different. Pictures don't tell much of anything about a person. In order to read a person's character, you need to talk with them and study their life and how they live, not just one snapshot of a single moment in their life. [misskatonic]
No, you can never tell what sort of person someone is from their appearance. What's on the outside is not necessarily the same as what's on the inside. As the old adage goes "You can't judge a book by its cover", and I agree with that. I don't know if it is possible for me to read a person's character just by seeing a picture of them. Maybe if someone looked really shady or shifty. But first impressions are not _always_ right, no matter how adept one becomes at reading others! ^_^ [shywolf]

Yes, a person's character can be read from his picture. There is nothing psychic about this. How a person lives everyday will eventually be manifested on his face. I'll tell you a story, a friend once asked Abraham Lincoln why he rejected someone to serve in the government just for the reason that he did not like his appearance, Lincoln replied, how one looks before 40 is due to his parents, how one looks after 40 is due to himself. Custom officials are trained to know who are the people with problems just by their appearance. They just picked a few suspicious ones for careful examination and sure enough they will find that something wrong with them with a high level of precision.
