I hate snacking when im reading to be honest, i hate getting crumbs or stains on anything lol. I just like to sit back with a good cup of coffee and a cigarette here and there. It's just one of my pet peeves i guess lol. [sephrenia]
Whenever I'm reading for my exams then I get constantly hungry as well as thirsty. And I end up eating alot of things during my exams. That is why many people usually loose their weights because of exam and I get really fat in exams. If I don't eat then I can't read. So, whenever my exam comes I store up lots of chips,cokes etc. So that I can read. [diillu]
Yes, I do. I like snacks in general and, even if I like eating them while reading, I like eating them when I take a little break while studying. However they are not so good food, instead they are full of fats, so I am trying to don't eat them too much. [andben]
no, not really. i find that rather cumbersome, having to hold snacks on one hand and hold the book with the other. i would wonder then how i can turn the pages, as i don't want food flavors from my fingers to contaminate by book pages. and i wouldn't want insects to be attracted to them. hehehe [spoiled311]

I can't eat while I am reading because it would be difficult for me to do that, since I need to hold the book with two hands. If I am reading a magazine I probably could, but I usually don't. It is definitely not a bad idea though! [dopey22girl]
I don't normally snack when I am reading because I worry about getting food on my books. I will do it on occasion during my breaks at work just so that I have something to occupy my mind while I am eating alone in the break room. I do always like to have something to drink while I am reading though. I especially like to have tea (either iced or warm, depending on the season) while I read. I find is all very relaxing and cozy. Hello wonderfu1, When I am reading magazines, comic books, or pocketbooks I don't usually eat some snacks. I am just not use to eating while reading unlike when I am watching the television. No I can't eat anything when I am reading. I need to focus even if they are just magazines. It happened to me a few times that I was starving and I was eating something while I was reading, and I noticed that the words are just flying in front of me and I don't understand a word from it. Yes I do.. Almost all time. It has been a thing that I have been doing for the past few months. .That when I read some magazines or a particular book for school, I eat snacks to prevent myself from falling asleep. I had this habit when i was a kid..while going to kindergarden my mom told me that she wanted me to keep calm and hence she gave me some snacks along with those picture books which i loved to turn page by page to see those colourful pictures. but nowadays i just concentrate only on reading and never take any snacks with me..
