I'm still in college now and yeah I do go the library once or twice in a month just to finish up my assigments. Library is actually the best place for me to study when its near to exams. Take care. [4u2enjoy]
oh its just nice you are in a college what do you study. Its a long while ago when I studied biology and now its much out of touch and I dont go much to the library! its nice place to be in and study for a while! [dhawanbm]
Its been a long time since i visited library that was during my school days. That time everyday i was on the library everytime i have exams or report i always go to library to relax and study. I also love reading magazines during my free time. I missed going to library because with that place you know you will learned. [kmaram]

Hi there! Yes, I always visit the school library. Only on school days, of course since we don't have a library here in our area. I spend my vacant periods there and read fiction books if I don't have any assignment, research or advance reading to do. It's also nice since the library is fully air-conditioned. [nanayangel]
hi nana, its fun to be in there and read lots of books, it is you are a student alot of hardwork are you doing what do you study! [dhawanbm]
I only visit our college library, not only for reading, but also do some studies there because I love the space that really calms me down and makes me focus and more productive. Library is an indisponible part of my college life and I guess it's true to all the students. [amylan]
oh its the calm which makes you visit the library its a nice place to study and have none over there to disturb you! alone! [dhawanbm]
i go to library twice a week.. i love reading. not for research but to advance my knowledge and getting fresh idea for my job.. [unicorn4154]
how that on to library what are you doing? me too in the research work. You want to be fresh for the job for some interview? or else ? [dhawanbm]
Well I used to visit library only during my college days. i was really addicted at that time. I have also paid too much fine for late submission of books in our college library. After college I have never visited any library. But it was really a great fun to visit library sometimes in college during exam times as there was great crowd to submit and take books. [rakesh284]
ya during the summers and exams its a lot of rush and there is disturbacne too! [dhawanbm]
ya buddy i keep visting the library evry day jus to sit and study peacfully..! as my exams r cumin up..! :( [kvarun88]

Hi dhawanbm, yes I visted libraries even though I am not a student anymore, If I have time I used to visit our national library I still have my library card with me. And when I have a chance to visit aother school, I will also visit their library. Last april I have been to International School and I was lucky for I have a chance to visit their very beautiful and functional library, they have a lot of books there and the place is very condusive to reading, I wish we have that kind of fascility in our own public school. Now I am starting to build my own mini library in our school, but I have only feww books maybe someday god will provide. Thanks and happy my lot. [mhethess]
hi my friend mhethess you have your library card with you , oh you lucky one and still going to library, its beautiful and you read books its nice to be there and no one disturbs you after all its silence! [dhawanbm]
Although I am still in university, I don't go to the library very often. I still do go to the library occasionally, as I sometimes need to refer to a book at the school library, or have a team meeting at the library, or something like to that effect. So, those are really the only reasons why I go to the library. [dodo19]
hi there dodo, its nice to be in library, you dont study in there or occasionaly you go there It was your school days i understand now a days you dont go over there! nice! [dhawanbm]
there is a self-study room in our library,I used 2 do my work there with lots of students like me,it's very quiet, you will never make a noise bcoz of the atomosphere everyone else made [Nirvana1990]
of course the atmoshpere is quiet and no one disturbs there its only student,s what do you study and who else is there! [dhawanbm]
Yeah I need to visit our school library often since most of the professors would use a specific book for reference and we would have to get the lessons from those books pages. Its okay to use the internet as reference but sometimes, some professors use their reference book verbatim. It can be a bit flustering most especially if the subject would require us to memorize lots of theories and terms.doh I dont have a library card though. We just use our id's so we can borrow a specific book. I have applied for a library card in our local library but that was waay back in high school and I havent had the chance to go back there and claim that library card that Ive applied for. Think they already threw it out.tsk3 [bjcyrix]
well i dont visit unholly places!! lolz.. i last visited one in school when we had a library period! it was forcefully we had to go!! i dont like the smell of so many books together! :) [la4440]
I love the library and I usually borrow many books every month. Sometimes I borrow more books than I can read, because I am often a little too optimistic lol I have two librarycards. There is a small library pretty close to my home. I sometimes go there, because it very convenient to visit the library close to my home and I can easily go there. The library is not very big though and they only have a small selection of books. My favourite library is the one inn the big town, but I can't go there that often, because it is not close to my home. It is a very nice library and they have a huge selection of books. [Porcospino]
Hi dhawan!i go to library very often.i always bring books and videos to learn something.we always bring lots and lots of books for my kids.my kids are very interested in reading stories.so we visit library very frequently. [kalaga]
Few months too for me!! I work in a library so I see so much books during the day,,so don'T got the envy to got at my municipal library.. I got the books just in front of me ahha.!And I can borrow them about 2 weeks ehhe so I go at my job.. except if they don't go the book and I think they got at municipal library of the city! [julie85]
I am part of teh library family...I go sometimes 2 times a week just looking around and checking out good books...At my library you can even get dvds to take home...I also take my kids to check out books...So I love and support my local library... [PoetryPose]
Here in the UK I can now search and order library books on line, before going around to the library to pick them up. I had a book the other day that looked promising and if it had been good I would have bought it, but I found it really boring, so I saved myself some money. happy - Derek [derek_a]
I used to go every couple of days... it was a WHOLE lot less expensive to get my cheesy Sci-Fi fix from the Library's Star Trek novel collection than to buy my own. Now, I've read all the Trek books in my local library... and like galeanda, I am too impatient to wait for the books to come to me ^_^ [Pinkon4u]
i'm a regular visitor of the library in our university.the simple reason is i love reading, especially paper books.now many of my classmates own their laptops.they just think that internet can give them everything they need without stepping out of their rooms.i don't share their opinions,i'm afraid.internet can't give you everything,at least the pleasure of touching the real books and the peace you feel when you are in a library.i feel that e-books can never replace the traditional books. [ami2007]
I love reading very much.I used to go to library when I was in college. Now,I seldom go to some public libraries because it is very busy.I would like to buy the books from online stores and enjoy reading at home. [bearound]
I liked to visit libraries when I was young and during my school and university days.Well I do not visit libraries now for me but I do visit them for the sake of my daughter. She is an avid reader and Library is the only place which can quench her thirst for books.happy [balasri]
I always keep my library card close by. I love books! Always have. I'd rather go to the library than shopping sometimes. I can get lost in the library or at Barnes and Nobles. I love books! I do go to the library fairly often. [SuzyQ12]
My daughter and I read a lot of books. We've been buying at half.com for years, looking for bargains. Recently my daughter discovered the library when she couldn't find a book she wanted in town. We thought, well duh! how silly of us! Ever since then, she has been checking out book after book and bringing me handfuls at a time to read. Now, we can't keep up with our stack of books! LOL. At our library, you are allowed to check out 50 books at once! I don't think I can really read that many in one month! LOL But we are enjoying ourselves! [estherlou]
i never like to go to the library but recently i have no choice but to visit the library quite offen , all because of my daughters , they like to read books , we use to buy story books at the bookshop , after reading it , they put it aside and buy new books, my house was full of books now and it a waste and i ask her to give it away , she say she still want it , so i decided not to buy books for them anymore and borrow from the library [janiceines]
I love to read, but hate returning the books that I read. I treasure everyone of the stories, so I just keep them for future use when I no longer have a long term memory, and find joy in reading them again. HA! Or maybe someday, when I've passed on, someone else will enjoy the hobby of reading my books . [Sweetchariot]
I miss going to a library. I used to be awarded as one of the most borrowed books in our library in my university. I really missed it. Too bad our public libraries are not as good as in the US. Our local bookstores are way better. That is why I prefer to visit a local bookstore and try to find some books in there. Too bad though we're not allowed to open those books. [lodyllesovo]
Yeah I like to visit my local library and I think that everyone should take advantage of the priviledge to be able to go into a place and basically get whatever book they want. I just have a problem where I always check out to many books and don't end up returning them on time or always being able to read them all before I return them. [jambi462]
I think that the last time i went to the library was when i made a research about international marketing scheme around 14 years ago. Now, i do not go to the library, and i think i will never go there anymore. The presence of the internet provides access to the whole library and the libraries of all the countries in the world into our very houses. This is the reason why i think that there should be at least a computer in the house, as it serves not only as an encyclopedia, it also serves as a whole library, and then in fact, it is the windows to the world right at your fingertip. This is why the internet is so powerful that i do not think kids should just play with. Its powers can be so constructive and helpful, and it can also be so destructive and harmful. [safejunk]
I admit for research I often turn to the internet, especially when looking for a good craft, science project, or lesson plan (I teach children's classes at a place called Thanksgiving Point). However at least every other week I HAVE to go to our local public library. I am always in need of a new stack of books, and books on tape for when the lights are out... I can't even stop reading then. Our library also has movies, older ones, so sometimes I will get a few of those. But besides all that I LOVE our library. It has always had the most welcoming vibe to it all. It is a beautiful building and often I end up reading some kid's book I had no intention of checking out right on the spot once I snag a comfortable chair in some cozy corner. [kipluck]
I go to a city library. I just found out that my local library has a wifi connection there. So, I'm going to check into purchasing a laptop this would be much less of a cost to me for using the internet than worrying about paying for an in home connections right now. I know, it makes me sound like a cheapskate, but that is what it is for and it could help me out greatly as I work on trying to make money online. I could use the library for research on articles as I am working and not have to worry about checking anything out! I used to work at a local library too so I'm very comfortable in the library. [dismalgrin]
I started reading e books a few years back and I'm quite comfortable reading a book on my PC. I've not visited a library for a long time. I try to find an e book first and if an electronic version is not available, only then I try to find the book in a library. [aslesh_t]
I take my granddaughters to the library several times a month. My 11-year-old granddaughter's favorite place is the library. She is friends with the librarian and puts books on hold all the time. She takes out 12-14 books each time she goes. She reads historical fiction mainly. I love it that she enjoys the library so much. [mcat19]
Now, I just don't have much time to read books or borrow books from library. I took on this job and I was busy at working most of the time. Sometimes, I rather stay home and relax myself a little. I might visit the library when I need my vacation. [clorissa123]
Our library is about a 10 minute walk from where I live, so I actually go at least once a week, of course with my kids being out of school I'm sure it'll turn into more than that until they go back. [Boofybutt]
Funny you should ask because yesterday I went in and got library cards for the whole family. I hadn't been in a library for quite a long time and not at all since I moved to the city I'm in which was about 3 years ago now, so I figured it was about time. Wow, a lot has changed, for the better and with the technology they have now. You can register online once you have a library card and can even get books put on hold for you, online. I'm also introducing my little ones to reading and taking care of books. [westernangel]
I always regard library as a good place. We can learn knowledge, read some interesting books and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. But it has been too far from me since I graduated from university. I admire those students cause they are so young and have enough time to study and enjoy entertainment. [xingxingsky]
I visit library almost every weekend. because I cannot concentrate on my work at home. [angel16108]
I visit the library regularly. When she was little, I used to take my daughter for 'story time' at the library. The librarians used to take turns telling children stories and introducing them to books. As a lover of books, libraries and book shops are two of my favourite places!happy [paula27661]
When I was still in college, I regularly went to the library, mostly to spend my free time using the internet or prepare for the following classes. I often went there with my other classmates. After college, I haven't went to a library at all. There is no library near our home and it would be nice if there was.. I would've probably go there every weekend or so.. [ratyz5]
I have always used the library. In fact I've been known to go more than once in a week. I have library withdrawal if I don't go often. I read so many books that it would cost a fortune if I bought every book I've read. [dalelynn21]
Yes - up to twice a day. It's the first thing I do when I move - get a library card. I use it when I'm not researching - I would often go from uni library to city public one and take out books nothing to do with my course [Elspethr]
I do visit the library, not to borrow books but to spend my time while waiting for someone. I would often arrange to meet at the library. [whyaskq]
You must be there for the aircon. rasp [lordwarwizard]
Hi dhawanbm, Sure I do. I visit the library quite regularly to get my dose of books. I usually pick up about 3 or 4 books each go and return for another fresh batch every 2 or 3 weeks. Cheers! lol [lordwarwizard]
I love the library! I've been going all the time since I was little. (my mom made a field trip out of it) my mom often took me there because I was an avid reader even before I started pre-k [BeccaM1989]
Yes I go to lthe library once in awhile.I sometimes take my granddaughter there when she visits. [happy6162]
I don't go there often but I enjoy going to. because everytime I go there I find something new or something interesting. Now I'm trying become a volunteer in the library. Happy today! [CHORES]
I seldom visit library because library is quite far from my house. I will search for information online because it is much faster and easier. lol [sdas86]
I actually went to our local library yesterday and today. It said in the paper that in person sign ups for the summer reading program started on the 15th so I called a bunch of times and no one picked up so I figured maybe they were to busy to answer the phone so I went down in person. When I got there it had a sign on the door that it was closed for flag day. My 5 year old daughter asked me what flag day was and I didnt even know. So I went online as a friend of mine told me that you can register online for the summer reading program. I could but I didn't have my library card number so I just looked at the calender to see when the first story hour is. It happened to be today at noon so I took my children down for it. It was really cute. My daughter loved it. My son loved it to but he is only 1 and a half lol so I think he just enjoyed running around more then anything else. He was giving me a really hard time. He kept knocking books and movies off the shelves. He was really hard to keep up with. I was really glad when it was over honestly. It is only once a week for 8 weeks though so I'll manage. Maybe by week 8 he will realize what story hour is about and sit still but I doubt it. Since he just learned to walk 3 weeks ago and now run he is only interested in perfecting his skill NOT sitting down hehe. After the story hour was over my daughter and I picked out a huge stack of books for her to take home and have me read. I read about 5 so far but had to stop and cook things for dinner. If I sit and read for to long I grow to tired. [shaggin]
I work in a library ahah so Im pretty always there lool. But sure in exterior of work I do visit the library, Sometimes I got to municipal library to found some book free haha! [julie85]
Haha. I work in one. Does that count? [gabrielgadfly]
I have not had to visit a library in many years. The internet has become my research tool and I am able to find books to purchase very cheap. [Canellita]
Hi there dhawanbm! I often visit the library. I spend considerable time there from time to time. That is where I borrow books and other resources that I can use to update my lectures. There is no better place in the university to prepare my lectures but in the library. With the books I need and a wi-fi access, wow! That's all I need to be able to make good lectures. [dolce_vita78]
